Talia is a business strategy coach with extensive experience in business improvement and business management, within the education sector and highways. This included work on strategic planning, marketing, training and lean six sigma.

Her passion for helping others succeed led her to work with ambitious entrepreneurs to empower them to grow, make a success of their business and achieve their goals to live the accomplished life they have been dreaming of!

Talia believes in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose and always striving for significant outcomes.

Richard

CMI Coach & Mentor

Rich started out on Sainsbury’s marketing team and then became a key figure in the launch of gift cards in the UK, before moving into the world of the creative agency. He has worked in sales, marketing, and strategy for some of the world’s biggest brands such as Adidas, Reebok, Montblanc, Jack Daniel’s, Godiva Chocolate, Mondelez, Hershey, Unilever. This has created a depth of knowledge and experience in developing brands and executing marketing, sales, and strategic options.

He is a fully qualified CMI Coach and Mentor.

Brian

Retail Expert

Brian is a retail expert and has delivered start-up and service training to many businesses.

Brian and his team run our Highstreet engagement processes.

He is effective and proven leader, with the ability to motivate individuals and teams to achieve their full potential through empowerment, commitment and direction developed over many years in the retail sector.

Brian has a Diploma in Vocational Education/Coaching.

Nathan

Operations & Marketing

Nathan has a strong back in operations and marketing. This has given him expertise in applying a process-driven approach and is complemented by strong IT development skills.

He has now run his own business for more than 10 years. Prior to that he was the London based-Operations Director at one of the biggest in-store digital media agencies in Europe.

Nathan is an Affiliate Member of the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing).

Linz

Web Designer

Linz is a heart-led creative with a passion for helping small businesses and soloists.

She is a former social media content creator, who now supports entrepreneurs, start-ups and companies through coaching and her WordPress web design business. Linz believes that this forms a complete package when it comes to getting people (and their businesses) online and noticed. Her work has a strong focus on creating unique content and discovering how to stand out from the crowd.

Linz is a natural problem solver and is full of ideas and looking for innovative ways to make a positive change in the business world.

Chris

Business Owner

Chris has over 35 years of frontline business experience, having owned and run an SME/family business in the highly competitive print and graphics industry.

During his business career, Chris has dealt with the many challenges faced by every business owner, including strategy, growth, sales and marketing, finance and personnel. He now uses his extensive business knowledge and experience to mentor and support both start-ups and businesses that are already trading.

Chris is a board director of the Association of Business Mentors (ABM) – the professional body for business mentors in the UK.
